Jeremy and his wife Tiffany started Armor CrossFit in their garage in 2009. In 2011 they opened in their current location and have changed 100's and 100's of lives.
Jeremy is extremely passionate about helping as many people change their lives positively as possible. Whether it be physically, nutritionally and/or mentally, he's in it.
He is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, is a former law enforcement officer and was a stunt actor for The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at Disney World.

Hola! My name is Randy! I started practicing CrossFit in 2015- shortly after obtained my CFL1 and USAW L1 and started coaching in 2016. I’m also a Certified Nutrition coach with OYE & HSN. I’m a former Pro-Volleyball Player & Coach and an avid golfer. My favorite movements are Power Cleans & Bar Muscle Ups and I can name most movies by opening credits
My name is Rossana- but you can call me Rox! I started CrossFit in 2014 and have coached Bootcamp style classes for the past 3yrs. My background is in swimming and synchronized swimming and I was a swim instructor for 10+ years. I love to cook/bake and workout so I can eat all the foods. I really enjoy helping others and my goal at Armor is to make sure you are having fun while getting fit & staying healthy
Hi my name is Kayla Arribas, I am 21 years old. I was born in Miami and moved to Orlando in 2006. I have grown up playing Mix Martial Arts and Soccer since I was 4 years old. When I was 13 I started CrossFit once a week with my dad and brother. In high school , I took Weightlifting more seriously. I was back to back Regional Champion 2017 and in 2018. I have competed in states twice in high school. Then after high school I started taking CrossFit more seriously and have competed a lot more since then. I love competing and I have always loved teaching kids about faith and Fitness. That’s a little something about me. :)
My name is Elaina DaQuila and I stumbled over armor crossfit 8 years ago. I immediately fell in love with the people, the community, the work outs and their programming. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 plus years. I grew up as a dancer at the Royal school of dance for 15 years. At the age of 13 years old I started choregraphing dance routines. I have taken and tried just about everything, from kickboxing, Zumba, strength training, hit classes, spin classes, yoga and more. I am certified through American Council on Exercise going on 6 years. I am also certified in Adult/child CPR/AED and first aid through the American Red Cross.

I started CrossFit 8 years ago at Armor Crossfit, and have been a member and ever since. I love coaching people to make changes in their fitness, lifestyle, and everyday health to achieve their goals. I am 35 years old, married and the proud dad of 2 boys. My family is passionate about leading an active and healthy lifestyle so that we can continue to move for years to come. I view Armor as much more than a gym; it's a community where we are able to make genuine, long-lasting relationships with people. Through those relationships we learn together, work together and grow together to make a difference in our fitness and overall health.
