Jeremy and his wife Tiffany started Armor CrossFit in their garage in 2009. In 2011 they opened in their current location and have changed 100's and 100's of lives.
Jeremy is extremely passionate about helping as many people change their lives positively as possible. Whether it be physically, nutritionally and/or mentally, he's in it.
He is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, is a former law enforcement officer and was a stunt actor for The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at Disney World.

Hola! My name is Randy! I started practicing CrossFit in 2015- shortly after obtained my CFL1 and USAW L1 and started coaching in 2016. I’m also a Certified Nutrition coach with OYE & HSN. I’m a former Pro-Volleyball Player & Coach and an avid golfer. My favorite movements are Power Cleans & Bar Muscle Ups and I can name most movies by opening credits
My name is Rossana- but you can call me Rox! I started CrossFit in 2014 and have coached Bootcamp style classes for the past 3yrs. My background is in swimming and synchronized swimming and I was a swim instructor for 10+ years. I love to cook/bake and workout so I can eat all the foods. I really enjoy helping others and my goal at Armor is to make sure you are having fun while getting fit & staying healthy
ArmorFit Bootcamp’s newest coach! Jenna has been training at Armor since 2018 and has just joined the fitness family as a coach. She has an extensive background in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance and agility training as she was a former athlete. Over the last decade, Jenna has been mentored by a CrossFit Level 1 coach/CrossFit competitor who has influenced the way she programs her classes. She loves to explore different programming structures and fitness disciplines to ensure her class is engaged and appropriately challenged.
Jenna designs her programs to build strength and stamina through a variety of explosive intervals. Circuit work, calisthenics, plyometrics, and of course, cardio, are just some of the things you will experience at the 7am bootcamp class. She will challenge you, push your limits, and help you crush your goals with the proper knowledge, discipline and encouragement. Find out for yourself at the 7am bootcamp class!
