What brought you to Armor CrossFit?
Before Armor, I had just started CrossFit at Tough as Nails by UCF. Once I finished school there, I knew I was moving to west Orlando to be closer to work, and needed to find a new box. Armor was the first box that stood out to me, and after talking with Jeremy for only a couple minutes one afternoon I knew this would be my new CrossFit home. The rest is history!
How has Armor CrossFit helped you become a stronger person both physically and mentally?
Physically, I am in the best shape of my life, and that is from the constant coaching and support I get when I come to the box each day. Armor has created an environment to push yourself beyond what you thought possible. Mentally, Armor has given me the attitude and drive to push myself in all aspects of my life. Whether it is work, family, hobbies or community outreach, Armor has instilled in me the fire to be the best I can be.
What is your favorite part about working out at the box?
Armor has great people, an amazing community, awesome coaching, and lifelong friendships just to name a few. It is great to have an hour each day, separated from the rest of the world to give it my all surrounded by like minded people looking to better themselves.
If you could tell one person that has never been to the box, one reason they should come, what would that be?
The ability to train yourself to overcome your fears and work towards your goals and aspirations.
Brief Bio….birthplace, family
I was born and raised in South Florida, in West Palm Beach. You could definitely say I am a beach bum at heart. I lived there my whole life with my parents and 2 siblings until I moved to Orlando to start school at UCF. Last year I graduated from UCF in Hospitality Management to continue my passion for Tourism and Travel. I currently work for Sonesta Hotels as a front desk supervisor, and love my job. I have always been a fan of sports and have played many of them my whole life.
