1. What brought you to Armor CrossFit ?
My wife, Janna, had been trying to get me to try out Crossfit. I procrastinated for about a year before she finally just signed me up. I thank her for that so much.
2. How has Armor CrossFit helped you become a stronger person both physically and mentally?
Physically Armor has made me stronger not just because we do a bunch of skills, WOD’s and gymnastics, but also because of the many coaches that motivate you to be better everyday. Mentally Armor makes me stronger because Crossfit is a positive addiction that keeps me coming back for more. Mentally I feel like a better father, husband and person. I’m much more active with my kids, Janna and I have a stronger relationship because of Armor Crossfit and we are part of a unbelievable community that undeniably builds a strong character in myself and in others.
3. What is your favorite part about working out at the box?
My favorite part about working out at the box is obviously the people. I have made some really great friends who are great people and will continue to be a part of my life.
4. If you could tell one person that has never been to the box, one reason they should come, what would that be?
I tell people to come to the box all the time. It’s a part of who I am, so I am proud of it and want show it off. I would tell someone that this is a lifestyle that he or she can be a part of. This lifestyle is addictive because it will make you stronger in every aspect of your life. You will develop strong relationships with people going through the struggle of making us all better individuals. Who wouldn’t want this in their life?
